Hi, Brian here. I am passionate about helping you to become a calmer, happier, more confident version of yourself. I've been where you are now, and it's not a nice place to be. In my younger years, I suffered from terrible social anxiety and work anxiety into my adult life. It was actually training in various forms of therapy, understanding how anxiety and stress are created in the mind, and having proven solutions and strategies that allowed me to become the calm, confident person that I am today...the person that I always was underneath the anxiety.

 

Since overcoming my anxiety, I have managed to do some amazing things such as DJ to 17,000 people as a warm-up for both Little Mix and Olly Murs at Hove County Cricket Ground, running 4 training schools for therapists and hosting a daily radio show. You might not want to put yourself out there to the same degree, but I imagine that your anxiety is holding you back from something in life and that you'd feel great if you were able to "live your best life".
